Group Visits
A discounted group rate of $5.00 per person (children and adults) is available with advanced registration, for groups of ten or more. No discounts or free passes may be used.
Chaperones
- Pre-school and kindergarten: One adult per five students
- First grade and up: One adult per ten students
Times and Group Size
We schedule groups of up to 35 for Wednesdays and Fridays. Groups larger than 35 are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. A group visit lasts for approximately 1.5 hours.Making Your Reservation
Call the Museum at (978) 425-6161 and please have the following information ready:- A few possible dates and times.
- The number of students, their ages, and the number of chaperones.
- Contact name, school name, address, phone number.
Your Confirmation and Payment
A confirmation will be sent to you requesting a 50% deposit. Your deposit must be received at least one week before your visit. Deposits are refundable only when notice is given two weeks prior to visit.
The balance of your payment is due on the day of your visit.
No discounts apply to the group rate offer. Library passes, memberships, or free admissions may not be used.
